January is the last moment to resign from passing a course. This can be done in USOSweb: STUDENT’S SECTION –> Linkage –> Resign. The option is available within the deadline set in the academic calendar. You will not obtain any grade from the course and it will not be included in the Transcript of Records.

The exam period is indicated in our academic calendar. However, the exact date should be announced by the lecturer during the course – it may happen that you exam will take form of a test on the last class during the semester, or you will be required to submit an essay or project. Please check this in advance with your lecturers.

Remember that the most binding thing is to be registered for all the courses you are attending in USOSweb. Only the courses that you are registered on in USOSweb will appear on your Transcript of Records! In Spetember you registered to first semester courses, now it’s time to complete your registrations for the second semester.

Some units allow Erasmus & Exchange students to register by themselves, whereas at others you need to contact the Mobility Coordinator. For additional study offer (language courses and sports classes) you can register yourself on Token Registration website, a special type of USOS for additional classes.

The registration for Erasmus & Exchange students opens shortly before the semester starts (the dates may vary at different units).

Important: (Online) Learning Agreement is not registration. If you want to add/delete a course, make sure to do the changes in your registration as well – and vice versa. Your (O)LA must reflect your USOS registrations.
