Financial conditions:

  • The programme fee (including on-campus accommodation throughout the programme period) is completely waived.
  • Visa, travel, insurance, study materials and subsistence costs are paid by the student.
  • Participants are required to pay a non-refundable administration fee of HK$550.

Required documents:

  1. Consent Form, signed by Head of the Educational Unit (EUH) or Mobility Coordinator;
  2. Certificate of grade average from the entire period of study, issued by the Student’s Office at the unit (minimum 3,49);
  3. Motivation letter justifying the interest in participation in the summer school;
  4. Curriculum Vitae including information on academic achievements, distinctions, awards etc.
  5. Certificate/proof of the English (at least B2 level);

Remarks:

  1. Students can choose ONE subject from either Session One or Session Two;
  2. Each subject carries 3 credits with 39 contact hours;
  3. Students take care of the visa on their own in accordance with the procedures of the host country.
  4. The receiving institution shall reserve the right to review the exchange enrolment request and make the final decision according the receiving institution’s internal regulations and the legal regulations imposed by the national and/or local authorities.
  5. Candidates may, at any time, be asked to show original documents providing achievements and received awards.
  6. The documents required by the foreign university should be submitted by 03.2025 r.(Session One) or 31.03.2025 r. (Session Two). Access to the application system will be sent to nominated students by the host university.
  7. Additional information will be sent to nominated students.

Application deadline10 February 2025, until 23:59 Warsaw time zone. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Application (one e-mail containing all required documents shall be sent to the email address bwz.nabory.wymiana@uw.edu.pl from the candidate’s university email address (§3 Order of the Rector of UW no. 279 from 10th December 2020). Applications sent from other email addresses will not be considered.
