Period of stay: 2.09.2025 – 26.09.2025

Who can apply: students of first- and second-cycle studies and master’s studies (from the second year of study) with at least A2 level knowledge of German

Eligible units/fields: all

Financial conditions:

– scholarship of 934 Euro

– the course fee, cost of accommodation and meals are covered by the scholarship holder

Required documents: in Polish

Consent Form, signed by Head of the Educational Unit (EUH) or Mobility Coordinator;
motivation letter justifying the choice of the receiving institution;
confirmation of average grade for the entire period of studies (min. 3.49) and a copy of the bachelor’s diploma (priority to persons studying in a higher year);
certificate/confirmation of German language knowledge level;
Curriculum Vitae including special achievements, distinctions, awards etc.

Evaluation criteria:

motivation (0-5 points);
average grade for the entire period of studies (0–3 points);
extraordinary achievements, distinctions, awards etc. (0–3 points);
year of study (priority to persons studying in a higher year) (0–1 points).

Application deadline: Friday 30 April 2025, until 16:00 pm Warsaw time zone. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Applications sent from other email addresses will not be considered.
