International Postgraduate Roundtable and Research Forum cum Summer School (IPRRFSS) „Interdisciplinary Frontiers: Exploring Mind, Language, and Environment for Sustainable Future”

Who can apply: master’s students, 4th and 5th year unified master’s students, PhD students
Eligible units/disciplines: Education, Linguistics, Psychology, Language and Culture, and Environmental Science

Financial conditions:

  • Registration fees and on-campus accommodation fees (for five nights at EdUHK student hostel in shared rooms) will be conditionally waived.
  • Visa, travel, insurance, study materials and subsistence costs are paid by the participant.

Required documents:

  1. Consent Form, signed by Head of the Educational Unit (EUH) or Mobility Coordinator (in case of students or the Director of the Doctoral School (in the case of PhD students);
  2. Certificate of grade average from the entire period of study, issued by the Student’s Office at the unit (minimum 4,0);
  3. Motivation letter justifying the interest in participation in IPRRFSS;
  4. Curriculum Vitae including information on academic achievements, distinctions, awards etc.
  5. Certificate/proof of the English (at least B2 level);
  6. Abstract preparing according to the organizer’s Abstract and Presentation Reruirement.

Remarks:

  1. Students whose abstracts pass the blind review will deliver their papers in panel presentations. They may also be invited as student panel chairs for the presentation sessions.
  2. Students take care of the visa on their own in accordance with the procedures of the host country.
  3. The receiving institution shall reserve the right to review the exchange enrolment request and make the final decision according the receiving institution’s internal regulations and the legal regulations imposed by the national and/or local authorities.
  4. Candidates may, at any time, be asked to show original documents providing achievements and received awards.
  5. The documents required by the foreign university should be submitted by 05.2025 r.(Abstract submission deadline) and 16.06.2025 r. (full paper submission deadline).
  6. Additional information will be sent to nominated candidates.

Application deadline: 16 April 2025, until 10:00 Warsaw time zone. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Application (one e-mail containing all required documents shall be sent to the email address bwz.nabory.wymiana@uw.edu.pl from the candidate’s university email address (§3 Order of the Rector of UW no. 279 from 10th December 2020). Applications sent from other email addresses will not be considered.
