Who can apply: Students of 1st cycle and long-cycle master’s degree (after completing the 1st year of studies) as well as students of 2nd cycle
Eligible units/fields of study: All faculties (in line with available courses offered by Suffolk. For more information, please visit -> Link)

Financial conditions:

  • Tuition fee will be waived by the host institution;
  • Costs of visa, tickets, insurance, handbooks, costs of living and accommodation are covered by a student;
  • Suffolk University offers required private insurance, as well as, assists in accommodation searching (on-site accommodation is available only for undergraduate students, more information can be found: http://www.suffolk.edu/campuslife/1657.php)

Required documents:

  • Consent Form, signed by Head of the Educational Unit (EUH) or Mobility Coordinator;
  • Certificate of grade average from the entire period of study, issued by the Student’s Office at the unit – at least 3,49;
  • Motivation letter justifying the choice of the receiving institution;
  • Curriculum Vitae including information on academic achievements, distinctions, awards etc.
  • Certificate/proof of the English language skills according to information on the Universities website ->  http://www.suffolk.edu/admission/grad/17635.php (preferable TOEFL or IELTS, in special cases certificate confirming English proficiency at the minimum B2 level, issued by the home university, will be accepted as well);
  • Declaration of having the required amount for stay in the USA: min. 13 496,00 (or the equivalent in PLN).

Remarks:

  • The receiving institution shall reserve the right to review the exchange enrolment request and make the final decision according the receiving institution’s internal regulations and the legal regulations imposed by the national and/or local authorities.
  • Students accepted by the receiving institution shall obtain approval for the study programme from the Mobility Coordinator at their home unit at UW. Learning Agreement shall be signed by the student and both institutions within 3 weeks from the beginning of the exchange.
  • Candidates may, at any time, be asked to show original documents providing achievements and received awards.
  • Students take care of the visa on their own in accordance with the procedures of the host country.
  • Before departure, students accepted by the receiving institution are obliged to conclude an agreement with the University of Warsaw (at the International Relations Office).
  • Student nominated by UW is obligated to submit completed application by 15.10.2024. List of the documents required by the host institution:
    1. Transcript of Records in English, including whole period of studies;
    2. Passport copy (biometric page);
    3. Learning Agreement with an attachment;
    4. Proof of funds.
    5. Other documents required by the host institution.

Applications sent from other email addresses will not be considered.
