“Visiting Student” Programme

Visiting Student (sometimes called a Free Mover) is an international student who wishes to study at the University of Warsaw for one or two semesters on a payment basis. One teaching hour = 4 EUR (a course that lasts a whole semester is usually 30h which means that it costs 30h x 4EUR = 120 EUR).

In order to be eligible, you have to be enrolled at a Higher Education Institution outside of Poland. Then you will have to apply on our recruitment platform – a crucial condition! Only then we will be able to consider you a candidate. Apart from the documents needed from any other short-term student, we will require from you a motivational letter.

Visiting Students are required to register for UW courses worth at least 15 ECTS per semester.
