The only thing you need to enter Poland is a valid travel document or a document confirming identity and citizenship (ID card).
If you’re not sure or if your situation is more complicated, please contact the Embassy of Poland (or the nearest Consulate General in the country you are currently residing) to discuss issues regarding your entry documents.
Each foreigner is obliged to register their stay in Poland, if it’s longer than 90 days. More info on the website of our Welcome Point .
One of the documents you may be asked for when registering your stay in Poland is a “certificate confirming admission to the university” in Polish language. We can issue it in our office. Please book your appointment in room 22 and visit us on the Main Campus – at the Office for Foreigners, the scans are not accepted.
