Purchase of tickets for business trips
As a result of the tender procedure No. POUZ-361/123/2023/DZP, the University of Warsaw concluded an agreement No. POUZ 362-123/2023/DZP with WhyNotTravel Załoga Nasternak sp. k., based on Article 132 of the Act of September 11, 2019 – Public Procurement Law (Prawo zamówień publicznych).
The agreement was concluded for 2 years and is valid from December 18, 2023, to December 18, 2025, or until the amount specified in the agreement is exhausted. From December 18, 2023, the purchase of tickets covered by the agreement must be made exclusively through Why not TRAVEL. The purchase of tickets through BWZ will not be possible. Nor should these tickets be purchased individually.
